Biography
Olorunfemi Dada is a graduate student in the Department of Africana Studies, University of Delaware. He received his B.A and M.A in Comparative Religious Studies, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. Olorunfemi is a Yoruba from Egbe, Kogi State, Nigeria, and has taught Religious Studies at the secondary and university levels in Nigeria. His research interests include African Religions in Africa and Diaspora, Religion and Nature, Resistance, Decolonization and Gender Studies. Among others, he has published articles on “African Traditional Religion in African and African Diaspora Scholarship” in Palgrave Handbook of African Traditional Religion, 2022 and “Western Knowledge and African Heritage: Ifá Heritage Institute in Focus,” Alore: Ilorin Journal of Humanities, Volume 31, No 22, 2022. Olorunfemi’s long term goal is to become a sound and seasoned Professor.
